Why do I have to provide a test and production environment?
While you are developing your App, a test environment will do. However, in order to validate your App we need to verify it on a production environment. The reason behind this is that we validate your server configuration.
Can my App be validated whenever I want?
Please note that there is a big queue for validation and it will be picked up based on priority and time. Please ensure that your app complies to all requirements before submitting the application.
Is there a way to test my application prior to launch?
You can contact the support team by raising a ticket to check the possibilities for your type of App.
