What is spatial navigation? How do I implement it?
The browser in the Whale OS TV platforms allows to change the focus of links and other controls using the arrow keys on the remote control. Spatial navigation is the way focus changes from one link to another. It is best to assign spatial Navigation for every element. Please refer to the development guidelines .
Do the TV platforms use cookies? How many?
Yes, The device MUST provide the possibility of storing at least 2000 cookies,; at least 180 cookies per domain, with at least 4096 bytes (for example, a total of 8MB cookie storage). The device MUST NOT remove any persistent cookies that have been accessed within the last 30 days.
What video codecs do the Whale OS TV platforms support?

Is it possible to check if my video file complies with the Whale OS TV platforms?
Compare its metadata to the codec table mentioned in media specification. An open source tool for obtaining additional info on your video is http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net . Please compare it with the specifications we support. Complete performance testing in various bandwidths cannot be done until the formal validation.
